At Arenal Safari Tours, we are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Standard Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: Full 100% refund guaranteed.
• Last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours): A 50% penalty applies. This policy helps us maintain the quality of our services and compensate our guides and staff.

Natural Conditions

In the event of extreme natural conditions — such as heavy rainfall, insufficient water levels from the river dam, or other weather-related factors beyond our control — we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your tour. In these cases, a full 100% refund will be issued.

Accidents & Safety

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of an accident, we will work with your travel insurance provider to ensure your well-being and coverage. We strongly recommend all guests obtain travel insurance prior to their tour.

Liability Disclaimer

Arenal Safari Tours is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or scenarios that may occur during the tours. All participants join voluntarily and do so at their own decision and risk.

In the case of minors, the accompanying responsible adult(s) are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of the minor throughout the duration of the tour. It is the adult's responsibility to supervise and care for any minors in their group.

All our guides are trained professionals certified in CPR and First Responder techniques, ensuring the highest level of safety support is available during every tour.
